Hello!
Welcome to my blog. My name is Ayshabibi
Hafesji and I am a freelance nutritionist. I successfully graduated with a Bsc (Hons) Human Nutrition
at London Metropolitan University in 2010. I am a qualified Associate
Nutritionist, registered with the Association for Nutrition. I believe that leading a
healthy lifestyle is not temporary but a way of life.
Being from the
South Asian background I am particularly interested in helping people at risk
of lifestyle related illnesses, such as, obesity, heart disease and
type-2 diabetes, by educating them on their unhealthy diet and transforming
them into healthy habits. I believe that implementing small changes can make a
big difference.
I work with women
and children on an individual basis through 1-2-1 consultations, face-to-face or via Skype, as well as in group settings by
delivering workshops and seminars in schools, community centres and health
& fitness centres. My aim is to help my clients create a healthy balance in
their life. It's all about training or retraining ourselves to become healthy
and get back to basics with fresh healthy food and a good healthy well-being. I
enjoy working with my clients and supporting them and helping them to make
changes for the long term.
I am now also a
online nutrition and health course tutor, for The Skills Network. When I was
young I always wanted to become a teacher, well now I can be a tutor and help
people learn about nutrition and health, which I really enjoy.
Please take a look
around my blog, read my blogposts, try out the healthy recipes and feel free to contact me if you would like more information, have any suggestions or
if you would like to make a booking.
Thank you for
visiting and I look forward to hearing from you.
